We had recently moved to Florida when I met Karen. My son's first birthday was approaching, so I asked if she wouldn't mind drawing my son and our dog in a "South Florida" setting to use as stationary. Karen was excited to take on the project. Her attention to detail was impeccable, down to the swim suit and pool toys that my son wore and played with. She went out of her way to share drafts to make sure that I was happy with the results. I love the final product, recieved many complements from the friends I sent it to as thank-you cards, and framed it in my son's room to save! I highly recommend Karen, at Tiny Toucans, for unique and personal artwork!

"As part of my home decorating style, I love to incorporate local artists' work and unique pieces. When I saw Karen's sample work, I asked her to create a little drawing of my new dog sitting on his favorite chair. Not only is Karen very talented and has a unique style, she was very accommodating during the process, and fun to work with. She created a couple different versions to see what worked best, and was able to quickly and easily resize the image for the frame I purchased. She even framed the picture for me and gave me the originals. Karen did an amazing job of capturing my dog's personality in the drawing; even his mannerisms and other details are visible in the portrait. I LOVE my Tiny Toucan Treasure drawing of my dog, Diego, and will definitely be asking for more of Karen's drawings in the future.
